Eugh, first time I've been sick today and feeling absolutely rotten. Should I be worried at all being sick now? The BF is having a panic telling me to ring the midwife x

I wouldn't worry about it unless you vomit multiple times hun, just make sure you drink plenty of fluids and take it easy x

Awwww I leave 31st July too, I'll be 35 weeks but mat leave won't start till I, 39 as I have holiday to take. I'm also working loads the last two weeks as two full timers are off.

Mum's booked us a spa day for two weeks tomorrow as an early baby shower gift, they specialise in maternity massages so I can not wait!!! Need a good pamper.

Yesssss about the peeing, comes from nowhere and I'm desperate all of a sudden haha. Xxxx

I have it because my mum is diabetic, I just asked to book it in and they did so for 28 weeks. x

They don't do it as standard where I live - only if you have high risk factors or sugar shows up in your urine samples. My friend had hers at 28 weeks though, they just do it routinely at her clinic - crazy seeing as we're pretty much neighbouring counties. I know it's not pleasant but to be honest I'd rather have it just for added peace of mind ...

Hi everyone, hope we are all ok ~ nearly the weekend ~ yay!! Gorgeous sun today, went on a nature trail, came back ready for a sit down to find my feet and ankles were all puffed up! They felt really tingly (still do now!!) but putting them in some ice cold water helped take puffiness down. Guess this is one of the joys of a September baby ~ last one was feb and I didn't get this at all. Anyone else suffering the same? X

I was the last to post yesterday and the first to post today, but to add to my list of questions ~ restless legs ~ anyone?? Getting it about every other night and it's really disturbing sleep!! Sometimes I feel it in my knees, sometimes in ankles, but it's like little electric shocks that make me jump.. No idea when they are about to happen it just suddenly does. Hubby back from working away today... Will be asking for a sleep in in the morning! X

Not had puffy ankles or restless legs thank god but my biggest problem at the moment is hayfever - it is driving me nuts as I wake up multiple times a night needing to blow my nose!

Also been having a weird stinging / burning sensation in one of my boobs for last 2 hours, having googled it it seems to be to do with milk coming in but not had any leaks so far! Don't remember getting this sensation with my daughter but it is bloody uncomfortable I can tell you! x

No puffiness here altho I do sometimes get restless legs, starting to get heartburn when I go to bed n defo feeling big now even tho bump is small!!! Oh n cramp keeping getting that in my legs when I wake up hurts so much.

Apart from that all's good lol.

Had a lovely day baking fathers day cakes n making cards with the kids n then outside playing with water I do love my job.

Ah that does sound nice Michelle

Girls that have had sections before...do you have your bits covered?

Ridiculous question seen as I've had a midwife and doctor staring up my nun before but if I end up with a section, I just think I'll feel embarrassed because I'll be with it and not consumed by pain!!!
