Nervous breakdown this morning...

Aug 8th, 2012, 06:10 AM   #1

So I get up hurting all over, intense pressure low in my bump and my hip aches so much...I can barely move...
Going in the kitchen to prepare breakfast and discover that my oh forgot to put his dinner leftovers in the fridge... Perfectly good food that with so much pain moved around in the kitchen to cook for him...
Anyway things keep going shitty, he wakes up comes down and get some cereal to eat. Some of those fall out of the box on the table and on the carpet and he Dosent even bother to pick them, hence me whining for him to do it...
When we finish breakfast I ask him politely if he can start the dishwasher (the dishes I put already Inside so only soap to put) and then to put back in the fridge the milk. He whines but he does both things...
Off I am waddling in pain out of the kitchen and while he gets ready to go to work he tells me : I would kiss you for goodbye but I am afraid if I come near you will find more things for me to do..,

I know it was a joke but I started crying I am in so much pain
I want this bean out sooner than later...

Anyway nice start of the morning... He went to work upset and I am left at home crying, feeling sorry for myself...

Poor you, pregnancy hormones are a bitch, as are new mummy hormones!
I hope your husband comes home with a big bunch of flowers. Have a good cry, put your feet up on the sofa and watch your favorite DVD. Big hugs xx

That would make me cry now! Big hugs!
Men are so silly, I can ask oh to get me something when I'm feeding baby, and he will either come back 20mins later without it, or make a big fuss (if its food or drink he will have managed to use way more equipment than necessary!) Leave a mess then ask me if there is anything else your highness! Cheek! Yet I usually do everything for him lol

If you are suffering that much sweetie you need to take a step back. OH will either have to cook for himself or starve

I ended up with serious back and neck pain after I had a mammoth clean this weekend.... OH was at work and he went nuts when he realised what I had been up to.

It's time for them to look after us Hope!!!

I am doing all I can whilst I still can, but a monster clean is off the agenda.

You really are having a difficult time of it these days.
I agree with Carnat, you need to rest and let OH know just how much pain you are in, so he can look after you.
Hope you feel better soon. Xx

OH will need to be doing more in terms of cooking etc once LO comes along, no harm for him to start now! beside he should be sorting himself out in the mornings. I know you are at home but that is for a good reason! xxxx

Dysco he never says no, he either does it and whines or he says he will do it and h pass and things are still undone... Or half done or badly done lol...
I asked him to vacuum days ago... He then had some dyi to do, then they called him from hospital then I don't know what, guess what I vacuumed this morning as we were tripping on dust...
he is the king of procrastination lol...

mine is not that different i have to say! We've got a temporary hanging rail int he spare room with nothing on. I want to collapse it, but he wants to do it so he'll remember how it goes back together again. Has he done it? no! Its been empty to 4 weeks and now we have guests coming and i want that room sorted! grrrr men!!!
