I have two more shifts then a weekend off which I'm really looking forward to so that's what's keeping me going. I'm just sick of having stress piled on top of me when I really shouldn't be dealing with it, and then my staff keep going behind my back and trying to get me in trouble when all I've ever done is try to help. I'm just going to tell them to stick it if they want to push me any further!

Rhondalou, im so sorry to hear your having a shit time at work. Some people are awful.
I've been completely banned from work me & my partner have our own business and his brother is employed there too, so they've taken it upon themselves to ban me apparently It's a complete no-go zone for me because of the line of work we do, so I'm stuck at home all day on my tod I'm running out of things to of and there's only so many times a day you can hoover

I couldn't sleep tonight so I'm online on my phone and just bought some lovely bits for the nursery. It's the only way to cheer myself up! Retail therapy!
I'm sure I read somewhere you don't have to tell your employer that you are pregnant until 25 weeks, and I did see on here a few weeks ago that someone had gone for a new job and not told them she was pregnant?

My nursery is all done, just waiting for my OH to put my shelving up so I can put the little trinkets I bought up just need a baby now... Lol xxx

I told work because there are some jobs I shouldn't do now but I have done the jobs I can. Is at down for ten minutes and someone made a comment. Serious had enough of them now. You think you know people. Also another colleague who is even closer to this person has found out she is expecting again. She told a handful of people but asked them not to say anything as she doesn't want the boss to know yet. Well this so called friend went ahead and blabbed it out. I didn't hear her say it but the boss now knows because she told me last night and told me where it had come from. So do I tell this pregnant lady she can't trust her friend and be careful or do I keep my gob shut. I don't want any part in it it's really childish. It's really upset me though I'm a wreck this morning xx

All done already! Wow! We still need to paint, put up the furniture, and buy everything else...
I bought some lovely things last night. We're going with a classic winnie the pooh theme and I've found a gorgeous framed print of 100 acre wood to go up on the wall. I can't wait to see it all come together!

I'd tell her, but only because if want to know if someone was saying stuff about me! I wouldn't get involved in bit hey stuff, just say what I needed to say and then walk away. Xx

Early I know! But my OH hates DIY with a passion. He won't paint, or build flat pack furniture which of course everything is as it's all bought online, so I've just got on and done it. Plus where I broke my back and pelvis, one day I'm ok and the other I can't move- so I can't guarantee how I'm going to be from one day to another so I just got on with it and done it while I can so I didn't have to rely on anyone else. To be honest I feel it was a great idea because now I know exactly what I need to get ect ect xx

Well this has cheered me up anyway. I have a part time business and I have a lady coming round for a treatment today. I have my massage couch up in the lounge and went to get a kitchen chair to help her climb up. Anyway so I pull this chair out and the cushion on it stays where it was but the chair moved. So there is my poor cat who I didn't know was asleep under there clinging onto this cushion for dear life with her arse hanging off the end. Who needs crappy work troubles when you have a cat. It will take a lot of treats for her to forgive me. Classic xx

Mines the 16th but we're booking a private gender scan in a week or so because we're so impatient and it'll be just before my mums birthday so I thought it'd be a lovely present to be able to tell her if she's having another granddaughter or her very first grandson!
