hey guys was just wondering if they are okay to use, my mum brought me some today as ive been having really painful muscle/ligament pains in my mid back, the leaflet said to talk to a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant but its a sunday and everythings shut now and my back kills after a day of work
soooo can i use one? pretty please hehe

I'm not sure either, sorry... the thing with warm things like baths and hot tubs is that they draw the blood towards the skin surface (and divert it away from baby) to cool you down. I wouldn't have thought a small patch would have the same effect as it's only on a small part of you but it's probably worth checking first x

I have a wee question, do they just stick on or wrap around your whole tummy???
Cause I quite fancy giving them a go but I'm thinking they might not fit round my tummy...

yeah they are quite good, chucked one on a few hours before bed then slept with a pillow supporting my back and a hot water bottle propped in between as patches arnt safe to sleep with on

Sorry I missed this - they should be fine as I was told by the MWs at the hospital to use a hot water bottle when I was having some muscular pain in my side and lower abdomen
