Talking

Hello from an expectant mum

Jul 7th, 2014, 17:39 PM   #1

Hi All

I'm from Wirral, 8 weeks 3 days with my first child..and I'm 40!! Due date is 14 February and I'll be 41 by then.

Have been feeling a bit anxious about not really having any symptoms of pregnancy (except tiredness) and it's too long to wait until 12 weeks for the first scan so I'm having a private reassurance scan this week to check everything is okay.

Looking forward to chatting to some of you soon

Hi I had a faint positive so it looks like I'm expecting baby number two.. quite a shock but I could tell I am my symptoms with my first where non existing but I can tell I'm pregnant this time because half way through my cycle I had Brown discharge but enough for a pad AMD then a few days prior to that I had clear mucous when I wiped (sorry tmi) since yesterday I've felt nauseous and can't stand the sight or smell of food. I have also had cramping & headaches. So symptoms vary in every pregnancy congratulations to all x
