Apr 17th, 2018, 14:50 PM   #1
Hi everyone,

Driving myself mad with googling everything I eat then worrying myself sick with the results!

Iím 14 weeks pregnant and ate basil in my pasta for lunch..the dolmio ready made mic ones..not very healthy but canít eat much!

After eating half I stupidly googled basil during pregnancy and lots of results came up with it starting early labour/contractions! I know itís silly but itís my first baby so stressing about everything!

If you just use the NHS website... it tells you what to avoid. Just dont eat that. We wouldnt eat anything if we googled it all!

I think PeanutButter is right.

The NHS website is quiet helpful. When in doubt, always check that website first.

Yeah I'd only take note of the NHS website too otherwise you will never eat a thing as there will always be someone on the Internet saying something isn't safe.
