Its quite strict and not for the light hearted but I did the Gillian McKeith detox once; its only a day long and is mainly juices and fruit etc, I felt amazing afterwards and would recommend it if you can build up the courage!
Its all in her book 'You are what you eat'

Good luck

I'm 'de-toxing' at the minute. I'm not following any plan though. I just cut as much sugars, salt, starch and saturated fats from my diet as possible and load up on vitamins, minerals and green tea.

I tend to use it as a starting point to continuing to eat healthy though, rather than a quick detox

I know how you feel though. Two weeks of not watching what I'm eating and I feel like shite! No idea how people eat like this all the time.

You took the words out of my mouth Mrsh, I'm feeling like crap and could do with a detox to kickstart me

I'm back to being a good girl from Monday, hopped on the Wii fit and I've put on 0.8kg in 6 days and a total of 4lbs in 2 weeks Bloody Xmas at least I'm over it, last year I continued eating until February

Is the wii fit any good?

My sister is moving in tomorrow for awhile, and is bringing her Wii

I also saw they had 'the biggest loser' game for the wii. I love that show

It's the wii fit plus and I've done it twice from xmas. I ached each day after so it obviously done something

I done a combination of stepping, cycling and jogging on it with some yoga too I like it so I'm going to aim to do a combination of this and the treadmill I sweat more on the treadmill though

Last year I took up drinking green tea, it made a huge difference to me, I felt more energetic. I kept it up all year too (until I fell pregnant!). I went on a diet when I started the green tea thing, I lost a stone by easter and then slipped off the diet but Im sure the green tea has helped me maintain my weight loss. Good luck girls!

I'm currently drinking green tea (with fruits in it) and using Agave syrup in it as a sweetener. I was determined to start my SW plan again today and I still will, even though it looks like the "bug" has other plans for my eating (as in, I won't be ) hehehe

Can't wait to start doing yoga again...and I'm trying to convince the hubby that I need the wii fit plus (don't have a wii fit poor me hehehe) to do my exercise on.

That, and Natalie Cassidy's DVD which is a good workout! Good luck all!
