Food?? whts a no no...

Hi girls,

so i am hearing so many different things from people and was hoping you lovley mummies to be can help me out.
what foods are safe to eat and what should i stay clear of?

anything raw meat wise. soft cheese, deli meats, pate, runny eggs

Yeah I found with both of my pregnancys I was eating pate as I was craving it before I found out. Found out at 5 weeks with my first and 4 weeks with this one x

Does anybody know if houmos (sp?) ok to eat?


You can eat Mayo if it's from a jar but not home made Mayo.
Also you can eat peanuts which I thought you couldnt xx

if you've been eating these things once or twice before i knew not to is it a huge problem, ill stop now i know but i didnt know about eggs and i had a runny egg roll on the weekend? or am i being silly now? x
