Pineapple core/smoothies

I've never tried pineapple core in the tww (always thought it was a load of crap that it would help to be honest lol) but here I am willing to give anything a go in hopes our only frozen embryo is the one!


For anyone that has tried it.. from what I've read you cut a pineapple into 5 pieces and eat one piece each day. Does the pineapple really keep that long? I've never brought one in my life lol!

Has anyone ever used it to make smoothies instead? And have any recipes that aren't too high in sugar.

Ive read the same millie and did buy a pineapple but i didnt get around to using it so it went off haha! Its worth a try. I think there is a specific time frame you are supposed to eat the core in isnt it? X

A lot of people claim it's amazing, and supposedly it was the one thing different from the other periods that they tried. The people I know that's tried it usually just split it in five lunch boxes and eat one a day.

I think it should hould be possible to make it into a smoothie as far as I know, and yes, pineapple contains so much sitrus acid that five days storage in the refrigerator is absolutely tolerable, won't go bad unless it's already a bad pineapple.

Just the core not the flesh as thats meant to help contractions! Cut the core into 5 pieces and have one a day (its really tough and chewy) and then I usually freeze the rest x
