I have a bag I bought on eBay. I'm not super organised when it comes to the inside of the bag though. I just turf everything in.

I don't use my baby bag unless we are going out for the day / evening (then I have a spotty one from Next!)

Day to day I use a Gap bag (the plastic one you get when you buy something) and I keep the essentials in that.

I'd just use a big tote with a couple of makeup bag type pouches to keep bits separate if I could go back in time, I've got a Cath Kidston one and its rubbish .. I can't fit hardly anything in it!

I have beaba baby Los Angeles has lots of compartments inside and one one each side on the outside. It also has a fold out changing mat and dummy compartment. There are different colours in this design I just wanted a unisex one. It also has a carry strap, hand held straps and small straps so it can be attached to a buggy x x

I love my pacapod! It's a sequina i think its called. I'm far too organised though when it comes to my bag, and I throw a big paddy if my hubby dares to put anything away in the wrong place! I also love how the pods come out if I need extra room in the bag xx

I use a little Hello Kitty little girls fabric lunchbox!

it has the silver insulate on the inside, and its just big enough for a nappy, wipes, cream, muslin and a bottle.

I cant be arsed lugging the big bag around with me unless we are going out for the whole day, or I need to be changing her in a public convenience (then I need my mats, disinfectant wipes etc etc)

I got myself a Storksak one which was pricey but its nice with lots of pockets, a bottle insulator, changing mat and snack pack insulator. I use it everyday and its so handy.
This is the one I use:

I have 2 boys in nappies so you can imagine me needing a huge bag but i'm using Jack's baby bag and can fit Harry's bits in easily too. It's by Beaba and its called Urban. It's not the prettiest and they do lovely ones but it does what i need it to do x
