Anyone been?
I was referred by HV and GP its not something i'd usually be interested in but thought it cant hurt to give it a try and im seriously struggling with anxiety and stress. Im really nervous, its tomorrow at 10am.
Has anyone found it to be usefull?

im currently attending a 9 week like course / group and it focuses on moving forward and coping technics etc , been great so far and leland plays in the free creche they provide and has a whale of a time !
