Jul 9th, 2016, 19:59 PM   #1

Anyone have grazes from Labour? Mine feels so sore....much sorer than the tear that got stitches.
I am 7 days post partum....please tell me the stinging goes away!!

It sounds disgusting, but mine were so painful I had to wee in a bath filled with a bit of warm water. It really helped! You can also soak in a bit of VERY diluted salt water to help with the healing process. I think mine took around 2 weeks to start feeling better and 3 to fully heal. Sudocrem was a saving grace too xx

I also had grazes (no stiches) and found I could only pee in a warm bath unless I screamed the house down lol
