I've only got 5 lbs to lose to be back to pre pregnancy weight but I was super strict on my eating and exercise before and during pg. I still put on 3 stone though! I haven't dieted and I've managed the gym 2 times a week since lo was 7 weeks old with the odd exception like Xmas where I didn't go at all. My belly isn't quite the same tho, it's like the skin is looser so when I'm stood up its fine but as soon as I sit down there an overhang. My boobs are def not as firm, they're not saggy but feel softer. Everywhere else is ok. Tbh my outlook on my body has changed so much since having lo. I'm no where near as bothered about how I look as I'm just amazed with what my body has been through to create such a wonderful little being! Congrats on getting married! Xx

I think it depends how much you put on when you are pregnant I put on 3 stone, a stone more than I planned. I lost 2 stone within a week of giving birth and now I have 9pounds left to go. I think as long as you eat sensibley while pregnant and after u should lose the weight in no time.

Congratulations! I was 8st pre pregnabcy 11st6 week before having LO and now I'm just under 9st. I'm just being as healthy as poss, walking & sit-ups every night but going to take a while!

I don't eat carbs after 6 either and my body shape has changed but I just think body slimming knickers from m&s are the way forward!xxx

Breastfeeding and traditional massage helps getting back to the previous weight. But some changes is inevitable, like the bones.
